Data Processing Rules and Disclaimers

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Core principle: every tool on this site runs on browser-side JavaScript and processes data locally — what you work on is never uploaded, stored, or viewed by us.

1. Scope

This page explains how ToolBatch (toolbatch.com, “this site”) handles data and the disclaimers that apply when you use our tools. By using any tool on this site you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this page.

2. Data processing rules

2.1 Local processing

Content you enter, paste, select or upload (numbers, text, code, images, HTML, etc.) exists only in your own device and browser memory. It is never uploaded to our servers; we do not store, log, or view it. Closing or refreshing the page clears it.

2.2 What we do not collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any business data you process, nor the results produced by the tools.

2.3 Anonymous usage statistics

To improve tool layout and development priorities, we record only which tool was opened, when, and how often, plus device information such as IP address and operating system, for aggregate reporting. These statistics are completely unrelated to tool content and cannot reconstruct the data you processed.

2.4 Saving and exporting results

Tool output is generated inside your browser. Actions such as “copy” and “export TXT/HTML/CSV” also happen locally: files are saved straight to your device and never pass through our servers.

2.5 Things you should still do

  • Even though we never receive your data, avoid processing sensitive information on public or shared computers;
  • Before working with confidential content, make sure your network and device environment are safe;
  • Keep your own backup of important data.

3. Disclaimers

3.1 Provided “as is”

The tools are provided on an as-is basis with their current technology and features. We make no express or implied warranty as to their suitability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3.2 Output is for reference only

Calculations, conversions, generated content and validation results are for reference only. They may differ from expectations due to input mistakes, edge cases, precision limits, or browser differences. Before using them in finance, legal, engineering, research or production settings, always verify the results independently through professional channels.

3.3 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools — including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption. You remain responsible for how you use the output.

3.4 Third-party resources and links

Public front-end libraries loaded by this site (icon fonts, editor components, etc.) come from third-party CDNs; we do not guarantee their availability or security. Content behind external links, where present, is outside our control.

3.5 Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserve the right to change, suspend, or retire features for maintenance, upgrades, or business reasons.

4. Intellectual property

The interface, copy, code and design of this site belong to this site. Results you generate with the tools belong to you. Please do not reproduce site content or use it commercially without permission.

5. Changes to these rules

These rules may be updated as features change. Updates are published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated rules.
