Compression Simulator
One text per line (or the whole input as one block); pick Huffman / LZ77 / both, adjust the window parameters, then run to see bit counts, ratio and entropy.

Introduction to the tool and how to use it
Online data compression simulator for the two classic lossless algorithms, Huffman coding and LZ77. Enter one or more lines of text to compare original vs compressed bit counts, compression ratio and Shannon entropy, with a full Huffman code table and an LZ77 triple breakdown. Split input per line or as one block, adjust the sliding window and max match length, and overly long texts are trimmed automatically to keep things fast.
