How to use:
1. Enter one pair of numbers per line, separated by a comma or space, e.g.
2. Pick a mode (what percent, percent of, change rate, increase, decrease);
3. Hit Run and the table shows both the formula and the result - copy it or export it as CSV.
Change-rate mode marks up, down or flat; rows with only one number or a zero divisor are skipped with a notice.
